If the package weighs over 1kg or has a length exceeding 40cm, the appropriate charge will automatically be added to your total at checkout. Donner Deal Return Policy

You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your orders for a refund or exchange. All items being returned must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition they were in when you bought them. According to the return policy on the website, Donner Deal will be responsible for return shipping fees only for products with quality related issues and a Return Merchandise Authorization form will be provided. If you’re returning your order for other reasons, you’ll be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
